Change of mind
It will be at the sole discretion of Deep Dive Division to accept a returned product due to a change of mind. The client must inform Deep Dive Division within 7 days of delivery of the product. Once Deep Dive Division has agreed to accept the return, the client will have 7 days to return the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item to Deep Dive Division. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used or incurred wear and tear.
To return your product by courier, please send to Deep Dive Division: 10 Middle Road Hamilton 3282. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged/faulty/defective goods
We understand that items you purchase from us are to be of acceptable quality. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any item(s) that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. This includes a failure to follow care instructions. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by the client. If we cannot offer a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Sale items
There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are strictly non-returnable.
